TariffOwed is operated by Oakwell Partners Inc., a British Columbia company. TariffOwed is not a customs brokerage or a law firm; all filings are prepared and transmitted by licensed customs brokers.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Dollar figures shown are illustrative examples, not promises of recovery. Recoverable amounts depend entirely on your actual import entries and the applicable regulations.

Engagements

Services are provided only under a signed engagement agreement, which governs over anything on this site. Fee terms summarized on this site ($1,995 exposure audit, flat fee for go-forward corrections, 25% contingency on recovered amounts) are confirmed in that agreement.
