What we collect

Contact details you submit through our form or by email (name, company, email, phone, description of imports), and standard server logs. If you engage us, we receive read-only access to your CARM import data and sampled customs invoices, under NDA.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess recoverable amounts, and perform the services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent personal information. Client import data is used solely for audit and recovery work.

Storage and retention

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act. Client import data is kept confidential under NDA and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the engagement and our legal obligations.
